PASEWAY tackles youth unemployment by equipping young people with skills to access decent work in the construction sector or launch their own businesses.

Key Components:

• Technical and soft skills training

• Certification for informal skills

• Support for youth-led construction businesses

Target Beneficiaries:

• 1,200 young people in Tamale Metropolis and Sagnarigu Municipality
