Quality for Change Project (QE4C)

Quality for Change Project (QE4C)

The Quality Education for Change (QE4C) Project is a three-year education transformation initiative led by Regional Advisory Information and Network Systems (RAINS) in partnership with Norsaac, University for Development Studies (UDS), and six Colleges of Education across Ghana.

With support from AXIS Denmark, the project runs from 2026 to 2028 and focuses on improving the quality of teaching and learning in Northern Ghana.

About the Project

Quality education begins with well-prepared teachers. QE4C strengthens teacher training by integrating innovative, context-based learner-centered (CBLC) pedagogy into Colleges of Education.

The project equips trainee teachers with practical, inclusive, and modern teaching approaches that make classrooms more engaging and improve learning outcomes for children.

By aligning teaching methods with the realities of local communities, QE4C ensures that education is relevant, participatory, and impactful.
