Youth unemployment remains one of the biggest barriers to inclusive development in Northern Ghana. The SEAL Project was established to bridge the gap between education, vocational training, and employment by equipping young people with market-relevant technical skills and the confidence to succeed in today's workforce.Implemented by RAINS with support from the Wilde Ganzen Foundation through the Blue Ambition Fund, the project focuses on young people aged 15 to 35 years who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). The initiative combines technical training, entrepreneurship development, certification, and soft skills coaching to improve employability and create pathways to sustainable income.Operating across the Tamale Metropolis, Sagnarigu Municipality, and Nanumba South District, SEAL empowers young people to become productive citizens capable of transforming their own lives and contributing to the growth of their communities.
