We involve the community in developing in services for their youth, by
forming a Community Development Association(CDA)within each community. The CDA
works together with RAINS to implement our programmes, allowing the local
community to play a lead role in identifying the key obstacles to girl-child
education, and spearheading efforts to remove these obstacles. CDA
involvement runs across all of our Education and Youth programmes, and
offers a platform for community stakeholders to become involved in issues
affecting their community.
